What you need to know:This is our bookmarks shown below is open in Adobe Reader 8. You can click the highlighted button adobe reader to show the boxes. After filling out this bookmark using free adobe reader version 7 or above, cut out the bookmarks.

These are great for Mom to put a reminder in the child book such as to remember to bring home their homework or to just have a nice day.
